i honestly expected a much better experience. the food was terrible, i found a hair in my burrito, can you believe it? and the towels took ages to arrive, how hard is it to provide decent service? should've received an upgrade for all the hassle but guess they save that for special guests. almost gave a good review but couldn’t.
